What Sobolev Said

In response to the women’s appeal, Viktor Sobolev issued a statement that the mobilized hadn’t even been fighting for a year yet: “They are getting paid from the time they were called up, and they only started fighting back in January (of 2023).” In his opinion, for them to be relieved anytime soon, there would have to be a mobilization, which on top of everything else has been complicated by the fact that hundreds of thousands of men have fled abroad.
