Kudrin: "I need to consult with the prime minister."

Medvedev: "As long as I am president, I decide such issues. I will consult with the prime minister."

The year is 2050, Putin and Medvedev are debating who's turn it is to get more beer.

Putin: "Do you remember, who is president and who is prime minister?"

Medvedev: "Does it really matter? Let's say I am prime minister."

Putin: "Well, if you're the executive authority, you get the beer."

There are two parties in Russia: the Putin party and the Medvedev party. We just need to find out which party Medvedev belongs to.
