The table of basic shipping rates above is the cost to ship orders to US addresses via the most economical, reliable means possible. In most cases, we ship orders with the US Postal Service. If you request that we ship your order via UPS ground, there may be some extra shipping charges; in fact, our online store will automatically tack on a surcharge to send any order via UPS. But if we find, upon checking the UPS shipping rate for your order, that this is not warranted, we will of course lower your shipping fee. 

ABOUT COUPON/DISCOUNT CODES:

These are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as given to you. You must also be logged in for them to affect your order.

PAYMENT WARNING:

Credit Card Payment: Please be certain that, when entering your credit card payment information, that your billing address entered here matches the billing address for your credit card. If the addresses and zip codes do not match, your card will likely be declined.

SHIPPING NOTES:

Subscriptions: First issues for Russian Life and Chtenia go out weekly. This means that, in most cases, you should see your first issue in about 2 weeks (for international subscriptions, we can only send you the NEXT issue published, so it can take two months or more for your first issue to arrive).

All other orders normally ship out 1-2 business days after you place your order (we ONLY ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Most orders ship by US Mail; heavier orders ship by UPS ground. If a shipment must arrive by a specific date, please indicate that on your order, send us an email, or call us (802-223-4955, Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time).
