ALINA LISINA is Russian but was born and raised in Riga. She is a staff writer for weekly russian newspaper Subbota. She loves travelling the world and writing on different places and cultures. Alina won a Reuters journalism award in 2008 for her article about an HIV infected person living in Latvia.
